The Chinese Health Information Forum is organized annually to promote the awareness of heart health and stroke prevention to the public. This year, two events were held in Scarborough with great feedback.  To respond to the increasing request for a Chinese Health Information Forum in Mississauga, there will be an extra event in Mississauga. The focus of this event is Sugar, Heart Disease and Stroke, promoting health balanced diet low in added sugar and other important heart disease and stroke related topics. In addition, there will be free risk factor screening for participants and a blood pressure clinic.
