Joyce Yu is an occupational therapist (OT) who helps adults and older adults to restore their functional independence using person-centred care and best practices. She graduated from the University of Toronto and has over 15 years of experience working as an OT. She is an Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Authorizer of the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (MOHLTC) for Mobility Aids and is currently working as an OT and a geriatric assessor at the Geriatric Assessment and Intervention Network (GAIN) Team at Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association to help frail seniors living safely at home. Joyce Yu is a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO), the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT), and the World Federation of Occupational Therapist (WFOT).

Naomi Steenhof is a staff pharmacist at the University Health Network. She completed a hospital residency at the UHN after receiving a pharmacy degree from UofT. Naomi is certified by the American Commission for Certification in Geriatric Pharmacy, and is currently pursuing a Master of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University.
Naomi is an adjunct lecturer at the UofT Faculty of Pharmacy, a Research Fellow at the Wilson Centre (UofT Faculty of Medicine), preceptor to a variety of pharmacy and medicine learners and a volunteer with the IMAGINE Clinic.
